Spooky Sweet Treats Recipes for Halloween

Halloween is the best time to make some super fun and spooky treats that everyone will love!   If you want to whip up some awesome desserts at home, we've got a few easy recipes that will get you in the spooky spirit. And with the help of MYVES kitchen products, you can make these treats even more efficiently and enjoyably!

1. Ghostly Meringue Cookies

These adorable ghost-shaped meringues are light, crispy, and sure to be a hit at your Halloween party.

Ingredients:
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Chocolate chips (for eyes)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (95°C).
  2. Use the MYVES®-X1 Hand Mixer or  MYVES®-A2 Immersion Blender to whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar while mixing.
  3. Pipe the meringue onto a baking sheet, shaping them into small ghostly figures.
  4. Bake for 1.5 hours or until crisp, then add chocolate chips for the eyes. Let cool.

2. Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Get into the Halloween spirit with these moist, spiced cupcakes topped with delicious cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

For a healthier Halloween treat, this green smoothie is packed with nutrients while still looking spooky!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • A handful of ice

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
  • 1 can of frosting
  • White chocolate for dipping
  • Edible candy eyes

Instructions:

  1. Bake the cake mix according to instructions and let it cool.
  2. Crumble the cake and mix it with frosting using the MYVES®-X1 Hand Mixer.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Dip the cake balls into melted white chocolate, add candy eyes, and let them set.
