Refund policy

At MYVES®, our priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. To achieve this, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy that provides you peace of mind.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Initiate returns or exchanges WITHIN 14 days of receiving your order to qualify. Refund requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

To be eligible, ensure the item is in pristine, unused condition, complete with original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return a MYVES® product, just keep in mind that we'll need to deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Don't worry, we'll let you know all the details when you contact our support team. It would really help if you could keep the original packaging when shipping back your return. In some cases, we can offer partial refunds for items that aren't in their original condition, have been damaged or are incomplete, or if they're returned after the 14-day grace period.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@myves.com. Once approved, you will receive clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is the wrong product, kindly contact us at cs@myves.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item's condition, and we will work towards a satisfactory solution on a case-by-case basis.

EXCHANGES

We gladly exchange damaged, wrong, or defective products. For exchanges, please contact us at cs@myves.com. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the return or exchange is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • Non-returnable items include specific examples, final sale items, gift cards, and certain categories of non-returnable products.
  • Only items purchased on myves.com will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.
