Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Normally, MYVES® products take about 3-7 business days of shipping, and product(s) marked as final sale may take up to 15 business days of shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. After you log in to your account, you can see your order status under the account information page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t seen your order shipping updated within 7 business days, please contact us at cs@myves.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your order only contains product(s) marked as final sale, you can email cs@myves.com to check your shipping status.
